Amazing Stay! Definitely Coming Back

perfect location friendly staff modern room

The location was perfect! I found a metro station right beside the hotel, made getting around super easy. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They even let me store my luggage after I checked out because my flight was late. My room was very modern and clean. I really appreciated that.

The bathroom ventilation was not great, and the mirror steamed up quickly after showering.

My room had crisp, clean linens, fantastic! I also appreciated that I found both a clean bathroom and fresh towels upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable, great sleep after a long day.

faulty television noisy door

the location WAS convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

my room WAS quite disappointing. the television was not working properly and required assistance daily, which became quite tiresome. additionally, the bathroom door made an awful noise when opened or closed because it scraped the floor.

I found the location central. The proximity to both the metro and bus stops was a big win. My room had comfortable beds and felt spacious. Staff members provided recommendations for local restaurants. the internet access was very reliable, perfect for planning my days.

During my visit, I noticed the coffee lines in the breakfast area could be quite long. It slightly impacted my morning routine.

great location nice room poor maintenance no ventilation

Location had a cafe just across from the hotel. I found a Portuguese restaurant very close. The food at both places was great. The rooms were nice and beds are fantastic.

Bathroom had no ventilation. The bedside lamp was loose and could not stay up even though it turned on. The hair-dryer filter fell off every time I picked it up. I think the maintenance of the hotel is poor.
